The reinterpretation of heritage architecture

A new business centre in the capital of Córdoba, Argentina, placed within a Jesuitical block with strong cultural and historic heritage value. The building pretends to articulate the surrounding built environment with the bank’s new identity, previously established by the recently constructed Bancor’s intelligent building. 

This new design builds a renewed dialogue with the pre-existing lines of older constructions. In this way, the project creates harmony among elements from historic and contemporary architecture, helps integrating the different elements of the city block into a unified set and reinforces its value.
